SHIPPING*
UPS ground shipping on all domestic orders over $250.00 is free with the exclusion of Hawaii and Alaska. Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of when they are placed (Monday-Friday). Shipping charges for orders under $250.00 - $9.95 UPS next day service $50.00 ships out within 24 hours UPS 2nd day service $25.00 ships out within 24 hours UPS Saturday delivery $60.00 (for orders placed Thursdays after 12:00p.m. and Friday before 11:59a.m.) RETURNS/EXCHANGES*
All sale items, handbags, hats, belts, underwear, sleepwear, jewelry, and accessories are Final Sale.
snobbshop.com prides itself in offering the highest quality merchandise. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase just return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days and we will happily provide you with a credit (good for 6 months) or exchange less shipping costs. A shipping fee of $9.95 will be incurred for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted for any order, which included complimentary shipping ($9.95 for U.S. orders). All Sale merchandise is Final Sale.
Orders that are returned must have all original packaging, including original invoice. Snobbshop.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed. Please include your order number and reason for return along with your preference of a store credit or an exchange. There will be a restocking fee of 25% for items returned after 14 days. The purchaser assumes the responsibility of shipping charges on items that are returned for different sizes, colors, etc. Refunds are not permissible.
It is strongly recommended that you insure your return along with proof delivery in case your package is lost in transit.

CREDITS* Upon receipt of returned items, meeting the requirements of the Return and Exchange Policy that determine a credit, a customer will be issued a credit, valid for six months from the date issued, and that can be used to purchase products on snobbshop.com. To use your credit simply place a new order and enter ¿Credit¿ in the comments section during checkout.
DISCOUNTS* Discounts are good on in-stock, non-sale merchandise. Discounts do not apply to sale merchandise. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Every attempt will be made to contact the customer in the event of out-of-stock inventory.
FAMILY MEMBERS AND MINORS* snobbshop.com does not knowingly market to or solicit information from minors. Minors are ineligible to use our service, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only under the supervision of your parents or guardians.
If a minor makes a purchase with heir parent¿s credit card without authorization, snobbshop.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. NO EXCEPTIONS. The cardholder will have to dispute the charge with their credit card company or with the family member who placed the order, and take any necessary precautions so that this will not happen.
